obechukwu Nworah (born August 15th, 1991) better known by his stage name "TOUBEY" is a Nigerian singer born in Lagos. Toubey, fast rising from the Eastern part of Nigeria after studying at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, is the co-founder of Dopecity Entertainment and has had a passion for music from his very tender age.
Toubey is known for his frequent featurings with various artists and more recently is dropping his official debut hit single titled "IKEBE".
